If you are still on the waiting list prior to the event our policy states that you may come to the event site prior to the first tee-time and be placed on a "stand by" list. Please be advised that the "stand by" list will be decided on a first come-first serve basis and ONLY people who are officially on the waiting list PRIOR to the event will be allowed to fill in.
Players who are not on a waiting list may come to the tournament site the morning of and check for any cancellations at the registration table.
At no time will the TFTSN SNJGA staff (full-time or interns) tolerate verbal abuse from parents or members who still do not get into the field. If such actions occur, the member may be prohibited from using the "stand by" policy for the remainder of the year. |
